By accessing or using OpponAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OpponAI is an AI-powered negotiation practice tool. The Service provides simulated negotiation scenarios for skill development purposes only. It does not provide professional, legal, financial, or career advice.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or prompts; (d) use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
Paid features are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
All content, design, and AI models in the Service are owned by OpponAI. Your conversation transcripts are owned by you, but you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Simulated negotiations do not reflect real-world outcomes. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on practice sessions. The AI opponent's behavior is fictional and should not be taken as representative of any real person or organization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpponAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
