Account data: Email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
Session data: Your negotiation transcripts, scores, and drill attempts. These are stored to provide your history and progress tracking.
Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited, session duration, and feature usage. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) display your session history and progress; (c) send transactional emails (receipts, password resets); (d) improve AI quality using anonymized, aggregated data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use one preference cookie to remember your onboarding state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use: Supabase (database & auth), Anthropic Claude API (AI responses), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
You may: (a) request a copy of your data; (b) request deletion of your account and all associated data; (c) export your session transcripts; (d) opt out of non-essential cookies. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@opponai.com.
Active account data is retained as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.
The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
